EduNexus provides a unified school management platform designed for attendance, communication, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
3. Registration and Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of EduNexus or others. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EduNexus and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EduNexus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
